Pom Pom Project

So recently when Katie was cleaning out her old room in her parent's home, we came across a pom pom kit. Less then a week later I was suprised by a photo in my contact's photo stream that featured a pom pom hanging on a tree.

I clicked on the pic and found out it is part of a the 'Pom Pom Project'. Thought this was a cute project to share:

iLoveToCreate Tulip Fashion Graffiti

I am in love! Love this line by Tulip for regular mixed media. I used to love buying spray paint, but hated the fact I had to do it outside and worry about fumes. The paint cannon takes all that hassle away. I also love that my favorite mixed media guru is a promoter of the line!

How to Make your OWn Sprak Ink

I am currently obsessed with spray inks and stumbled across this tutorial. Love the unique ideas- including using kool-aid and simple food coloring. I will definetely be trying this soon!

Now I am currently addicted to geocaching thanks to Katie! I received lots of help on my first search. It was very cool to discover that a road sign I passed all the time was holding its own little 'treasure."

The thrill of finding hidden logs with the help of a phone compass (which aren't super accurate) is addicting. So when recently on vacation I dragged my bf to help me find one. I all about jumped for joy when we found it!

I think the experience brought out the inner explorer in me. So with the help of my phone I am now determined to find more.
