I went to NC for Thanksgiving and on Black Friday Dee and my mom and I hit all the craft stores in town! We found some good bargains and then did some crafting. We looked for sketchbooks to use as journals, but in the end decided to make our own with watercolor paper. Here's mine:

Ok, I first must confess that I am avoiding doing homework. One of my assignments was to write up a diversity movie the class had to watch. The movie we were required to watch was really quite good. It was also inspiring. This clip sums it up well:

1. I love clearance shopping, I can spot a clearance sticker a mile away.

I am so excited to be reunited with one of my favorite tv shows, Ugly Betty. I was exploring the official Ugly Betty website and found the new original web series 'Mode After Hours.' It stars Marc and Amanda from Ugly Betty. It is hilarious! I insist you check it out!
